This Exchange & Refund Policy is prepared in accordance with Article (17) of Law No. 181 of 2018 regarding the issuance of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, and is specifically adapted for food and beverage products.
Due to the nature of food products, and in compliance with Egyptian law and health & safety regulations:
Refunds are not allowed for food and beverage products once delivered.
Exchanges are not allowed once the product seal is opened or if the product has been used.
This policy exists to ensure food safety and protect consumer health.
You may request an exchange within 14 days from receiving your order only in the following cases:
The product was delivered damaged.
The product is incorrect (wrong item sent).
The product has a manufacturing or packaging defect.
The product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Exchange requests must be approved after inspection by our Quality Control team.
To request an exchange, please contact our Online Customer Service through our official Facebook page and provide full order details and clear photos of the issue.
Exchange can be processed via courier or at the nearest branch (if applicable). Shipping fees may apply.
Refunds are not applicable for food products except in rare and exceptional cases, such as:
Product delivered in a damaged or unsafe condition.
Product proven to be defective and unsuitable for consumption.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from delivery.
The product must be returned through courier.
Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a Quality Control inspection to confirm it is unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
Refunds are processed after Quality Control approval.
Even if payment was made in cash, refunds will be issued via:
Bank Transfer, or
Vodafone Cash.
Refund transfers will be completed within 7 working days after QC approval.
Opened or consumed food products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Promotional or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective.
